New patent pump head

The conventional pump head of soap dispenser is easy to leak liquid after long use, and the effect of spray and foam is not very ideal.

In order to make the customer more satisfied with the product, Saige engineers have discussed and studied many times. 

After more than a year of continuous improvement,

Developed mold - proofing - testing - modified mold - proofing - testing, 

and finally produced the new pump head, and obtained the new patent certificate.

The pump head is available in 3 modes: foam, drop and spray ,suitable for different liquids.  

Drop: hand sanitizer, dish soap, body wash, etc., the quantity of liquid is 0.8-1ml/ time.  

Spray: 75% alcohol,disinfectant etc., the quantity of liquid is about 0.28ml/ time.  

Foam: foam hand sanitizer, ordinary hand sanitizer needs to be diluted with 3-8 times water, the quantity of liquid is about 0.6ml/ time.  

The pump head made of high quality raw materials has good airtightness to ensure the smoothness of the liquid. 

The pump head adopts 7 silicone rings,which have good tensile strength and excellent sealing performance to ensure no leakage.

Use 2 304 stainless steel springs:heat resistance, corrosion resistance,high toughness, no rust, increase service life. 

The pump head is easy to press, effortless to press with one hand, and can be used up to 200,000 times.
